Call for Young Artists

The Arts Council will showcase the artistic creations of Henderson County students at the Artists of Tomorrow/Secondary School Exhibition from April 9 – May 1. The exhibition is open to all artists of middle and high school age students (public, private and parochial schools, as well as home-schooled children) in Henderson County.

This is the third exhibition of the thematic unit, Mentors and Students that “celebrates both the teacher as artist and the student artists,” according to Jim Faucett, Executive Director. The first exhibition is Art Teachers Create (February 5 – March 6) and the second exhibition is Elementary Student Exhibition (March 12 - 27).
