Crawl is Just Around the Corner...
The Carolina Epicurean, the brains behind the "Small Plate Crawl," keeps a low profile.
The culinary capital of Western North Carolina is…Hendersonville. At least that's what it will feel like during the "small plate crawl" on April 5 and 6. "Crawlers" can sample fare from 29 restaurants in Hendersonville and Flat Rock. Small plates will range from $2-$8 and restaurants will be open for lunch and dinner, although hours vary. Check www.smallplatecrawl.com for the latest information.
The Crawl is the brainchild of Laura Huff, aka, The Carolina Epicurean -- watch the video below to hear her explain more about this month's event. Hvillescoop.com correspondent Leigh Wills recently caught up with the camera-shy blogger at an undisclosed location somewhere in town. Read his article in the April issue of Bold Life.
