Your Dreams of a White Christmas May Come True
A white Christmas may be a reality this year in Hendersonville, according to the National Weather Service.
According to the NWS forecast, there's a 50 percent chance of rain and snow on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day, the chance of snow is deemed likely at 60 percent, according to the NWS. The snow is expected to continue on into Saturday evening.
At Accuweather.com, the forecast simply says rain and snow are possible for Christmas Day. Likewise, the Weather Channel says both are possible on Christmas with a 50 percent chance. A few snow showers may extend into Sunday.
If the forecasts are right, it may not be too late to ask Santa for a good pair of snow boots.
