Toast Henderson County's Theatrical History
The Henderson County Heritage Museum and Flat Rock Playhouse are inviting everyone to a reception Monday evening celebrating the opening of a new exhibit titled "Flat Rock Playhouse - A Legacy." The October 11 reception takes place from 6 to 8pm at the museum located inside the Historic Henderson County Courthouse.
The exhibit pays homage to the State Theatre of North Carolina, its leaders, productions and historical significance to Henderson County.
The gathering will begin on the steps of the courthouse and adjourn to the courthouse rotunda for refreshments and tours of the Heritage Museum rooms. To RSVP, call the Flat Rock Playhouse box office at 828-693-0731.
