Sing, Pray Love
Be a better singer in two hours....that's what Terri Crosby promises in tonights' session, "Sing, Pray, Love," held at the Unity Center at 7p.m. From a press release:
"Singing can be a profound experience of prayer, meditation or an expression of gratitude. With improvisational sound, which is quite different than singing a known melody, we access a part of ourselves that singing a familiar song does not. Improvisational singing may scare you - and then free you. In freeing you, it quiets the mind, and I bet you’d agree that we could all use a little less runaway thinking."
