Sherri Holbert is the founder and CEO of Power-Up!, a life success coaching company. Sherri invested many years with companies such as Biltmore Estate, Chick-fil-A and Chimney Rock Park developing new and creative programs to benefit both the company and the individuals behind them. This experience led Sherri to create her own company to utilize her passion for helping others find balance and achieve their own personal success. She works as a coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker for a variety of clients ranging from corporate executives to stay-at-home Moms.

Power-Up! offers a unique opportunity for:

1. One-on-One Coaching to help you with any goal - whether it’s career, health, personal development or relationship related. Sherri provides you with ongoing support and encouragement along with a plan of action to help you reach your goals. This program is all about your personal goals and needs.

2. Teambuilding Experience at Horse Sense of the Carolinas to increase results and profitability where your team works with horses to open up true communication among teammates in order to identify your team obstacles and create opportunities to model new patterns of cooperation, communication and leadership. After a day with the horses, Sherri will spend time in a workshop setting with your team to process the results and put a set of action plans in place to help you accomplish your desired results. We will focus on increased results and teambuilding strategies for increased profits while putting specific accountability measures into place.

3. Take your company to a deeper level through Practical Process Implementation to improve bottom line profitability. This training is a comprehensive program for productivity and quality improvement. The objective of this program is profit. While team building is a wonderful bonus, the objective is improving customer satisfaction and the bottom line. Participants actually “apply” the knowledge and skills learned in class over the next quarter with processes to solve the determined problems using real data and a simple 8-step method.

Sherri is a Certified Life Coach through AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors).
