Cheryl Smith Associates demystifies the construction process by working alongside architects and builders in a team environment. Our staff of interior designers, assistants and project manager, combined with 25-plus years of experience, help make the construction process an enjoyable experience. Our design projects convey a clean, classic look blended with your preference of style.

How we work: Cheryl Smith Associates likes to be involved in the early architectural detailing of projects, so that we share the vision of the project with the client, architect and builder. We can accompany you to vendors, specified by your builder, to assist you in the many selections needed, such as cabinets, granite, plumbing etc.

Our work with you is billed as an hourly design fee. All merchandise prices are determined by the vendors, and products are purchased through the builder or directly by you. We provide a complimentary initial consultation to discuss the scope of your project and an estimated budget of time.

What we do: Conceptual design of space; electrical layouts and selections; plumbing selections; space planning/furniture plans/traffic patterns; interior and exterior selections; cabinet layout/selections and countertop; flooring selections; interior millwork; window and bedding treatments; furniture selections; accessorizing and finishing, and of course, MUCH MORE!.
