Chef Kenny Martinez and owner Scott Unfried demonstrate their extensive culinary and baking experience nightly in a dynamic open kitchen surrounding a massive mosaiced wood fired oven. The sophisticated, artistically designed space is the perfect spot for enjoying the highest-quality food with a contemporary wine list and an extensive array of handcrafted beers. The most popular menu items are the shrimp tagliatelle, the pesto-based goat cheese pizza and the wood-fired breads provided by West First's sister company The Flat Rock Village Bakery.
