Executive Chefs Jesse and Edson Roque and co-owner and artist Pam Cosner have created a truly unique dining experience in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The food at Never Blue spans the globe with offerings of classic American to Asian inspired dishes and South American favorites to dishes with Greek and Indian flavors. They even offer a TRUE Cuban sandwich made on bread flown in from La Segunda Cuban Bakery in Ybor City, FL.
One of Never Blue’s special features is the delectable cocktails. All of them are made from scratch, down to the house-made passion fruit sour mix found in Rita’s Seduction Margarita. They’re served at a show stopping tiled bar of vibrant blue waters dotted with tranquil koi fish, hand-made by Cosner.
